So here’s the first story……………..
ROCKHOPPER
AND THE
STOWAWAY
The sky was dark. I was surrounded by night as I’ ve never seen it. The ship has an eerie care to it under the cover of darkness. Creaks and groans from the floorboard gave me the jitters.
By candlestick I focused on my charts, welcoming the distraction from the creeping felling of doom on me ship.A hankering for cream soda overshadowed my concederation, so I went below deck to hunt for a new barrel of it.
It was tucked away under several boxes, and as I pulled it out I noticed two flippers poking out from behind rusty, oversized treasure chest.
I pushed it aside, curious as to who this stowaway might be.
” Ahoy there lad! Come here, ” I shouted. ” Who are you and how did ye get on my ship? This is no place for little penguins! “
The penguin shyly emerged, looking back and fouth from me to my puffle Yarr.
He be a light blue coloured penguin and right away I noticed the colourful bracelet he be wearing’ as I’d never seen anything like it .
” My name is Bambadee, ” the penguins said very quietly. ” I Snuck onto your ship before you left Club Penguin . I was hoping you would never find me. I was going to leave quietly when you landed on the island. “
I put my flippers on my hips and looked sternly at him.
He stared up at me and asked sheepishly , ” What will you do ? “
” Arrgh! I told you my ship is no place for stowaways! You belong to Club Penguin. I’ve got half my mind to take you back without delay first this morning.
I took my candlelight to the main cabin quarters and settled down to do a bit of writting. I heard Bambadee amble up to the main deck.
Sometime later a wind whistled through the ship and snuffed out my candle. Yarr jumped on my shoulder and I beistled. That old eerie care returned; this time a low howl accompained it. My stomach turned over and I started up to the main deck.
The howling got louder and louder, until a white ghost apeared front of me saying, ” If you go back now you’re ship is doomed. Carry your adventure and find the buried treasure.
I took a few steps back, startled by the ominous massage.
But then I noticed a coloured bracelet on the ghost’s flipper as he approached. And I knew what sort of mischeif be happening on my ship.
” I know it be you, Bambadee! What is the meaning of all this tomfollery ?! “
The penguin stopped his tracks, lowered his flippers and head and looked downtrodded. He removed the ghost sheet from his body, revealing it was young Bambadee.
” I’m sorry Captain Rockhopper,” he said ” I thought if I could covince you to take me with you, I could get away forever. I just don’t want to be around those penguins on Club Penguin anymore. “
They weren’t friendly or helpful. I dressed up and went to parties, but the penguins just made fun of me and teased me about my name. One penguin told me there was a party at the Dojo and said he would meet me there. I was excited to make a friend, and went there straight away.When I got there, the room was empty. Later I found him dancing on the Iceberg, he wouldn’t talk to me. I felt like an outsider without any friends. I don’t think I belong there, Rockhopper.”
” Yo, ho , ho Young Bambadee! Truth be told, you do have friends, and I’m sure my puffle Yarr would have you as a friend. ” Yarr jumped up and down on my shoulders in response. ” You see? Why don’t you return to Club Penguin; there are penguins who missed you terriblely . Give it a second chance.”
” Really, Rockhopper? You’ll be my friend?” he said. He thought about it for a time and then said, ” I guess I could try again . “
We flew like the wind toward Club Penguin, and just a way from the sea and swan towards home. He waved farewell from the Dock.
I turned my ship around and flew towards the open waters before anyone could notice my sails.
Some serveral weeks later, I returned to Club Penguin. Bambadee caught my attention as soon as I arrived and told me the end of his tale.
” I bumped into those penguins who teased me. “
“‘ We teased you because we were jealous of your bracelet , but we were too shy to ask you about it. We know we were wrong.Can you tell us where you got it? “‘
” I made it myself ! It’s called a friendship bracelet . If you like, I can make you one.’They smiled ! And we became friends. “
Bambadee told me how he worked hours to make enough bracelets for everyone and I know he be honored to share them. He told me he would wait until the time was right. He be a brave penguin in me books– and not just for hiding on my boat. But for facin’ his friends and his fears.
I be proud to call Bambadee my friend and if you ever wear a coloured bracelet, I know you be a friend of his too!

In every clothing catalog, there are hidden button to click on to make new items show up. One item that is always hidden in every clothing catalog is the
Viking Helmet ( Red ).

New Furniture!!
Hello Penguins!
As the party comes to an end, we wanted to give you a way to continue to celebrate! So we just launched some brand new “Underwater” furniture for your igloo! Not only that, but if you want the fish bowl igloo to go with it, that is hidden somewhere in the “Igloo Update” catalog. Have fun finding it and let us know if you need any help!
In other news: We’ve heard that the new “Aqua Grabber” game is running slowly for some of you. We are working on some fixes and hope to have it running properly for everyone very soon!

New Game Launched! Hi everyone! It’s me, Screenhog. I know you guys have all been enjoying the party (thanks for all of the comments, by the way), but have you tried the game at the Iceberg yet? Yep, the submarine is finally built! And we just launched it. I know many of you have been waiting for it to launch. Thanks for being patient. We had to fix a couple problems with it earlier today, but it’s ready to go now. This is the first game we’ve ever done where penguins can actually go underwater (unless you count crashing in Hydro-Hopper, Jet Pack Adventure or Catchin’ Waves). To let the penguins go underwater, we had to design a submarine! Here are some of the first sketches for the sub: Now, you probably look at those and think “Hey, those are just scribbles!” And you’d be right. We do rough scribble drawings first because they’re fast; we can do lots of them and get ideas from them. Then we have a better idea of what we’ll draw for the finished art. That’s all for now! I hope you have fun playing Aqua Grabber. And remember, let me know what you would like to see in my next post. - Club Penguin Team| Comments
